Workshop Description

Join us for Part 2 of this immersive journey, where we will explore the art of creating opulent hand-tied bouquets. Led by Alina Hall of Rhubarb in the Garden, this workshop offers participants the opportunity to delve deeper into their creativity, learning about color, form, and techniques from a seasoned floral professional. Alina has spent the last decade working in Victoria as a floral designer prior to establishing Rhubarb in the Garden. Specializing in free form front facing bouquets Alina creates unique and intentional designs giving each stem a moment to shine. At the start of the workshop, you'll be invited to tour the farm. Ariel Rubin, owner of Rockrose Farm, will share insights specific to the season, from planting and harvesting to cultivated varieties. Participants will have opportunity to ask questions, learning about growing practices tailored to microclimates, regenerative gardening principles, and soil nutrition. No previous floral experience is necessary. Whether you're a budding floral designer, a creative professional, or simply seeking to connect with nature, our Farmer & Florist Series offers a unique opportunity to engage deeply with the cycles of the natural world.
